In the last update, several bugs were reported soon after it

We did not encounter these errors during our beta testing
and as of yet have not been able to replicate these errors.
Due to the large number of problem reports, we have rolled
back our new code implemenation to the previous code base.

longer required but is installed as the default writing
layer). By default, SPTI is used for reading, Patin Couffin

disabled, SPTI will be used for reading and writing.
Win98 does not support SPTI, so Patin Couffin must be used
for reading and writing on this OS.

Vista Users will now be prevented from writing to folders in
which they have no permission to write (unless they are
admin users). If this is not done, Vista (32 bit) will
virtualize your writes and the data will appear in the
VirtualStore (not where you expect it).
The option to "Delete Working folder after successful burn(s)"
which appeared in the "Burn DVD" window (just prior to
burning) has been removed since it is superseded by the
right click option "Delete temporary files".

the source is a HD folder.
CPRx has now been completely integrated in all copy modes.
Prior to this change you were forced to choose from
transcoding (with or without compression) when making an
"Exact copy" (using Dual Layer media) of a DVD with bad
sectors, unless you were using the PRO version. Now CPRx is
available now in all copy modes in the regular 1CLICK DVD
COPY. CPRx error correction can now be enabled or disabled
using the 'F3' keyboard key. We recommend you do not disable
this feature unless you have another program (like AnyDVD
for example) which will do the error correction for you. The
current CPRx error correction is now indicated in the log
file. Update Notification can now be enabled or disabled
using the 'F4' keyboard key. We recommend you do not disable
this feature, otherwise you will not be notified of new

Fixed a problem copying DVDs made with personal DVD
recorders. Some DVD recorders do not author DVDs according
to spec, which in some cases made them appear corrupted.
Fixed the "Current Title %" progress display problem. 1CLICK
now forces Internet Explorer (for displaying html pages) if
a default browser has not been enabled. 1CLICK will now
disable AnyDVD's "Safe Mode" option which is not compatible
with most DVD Copy software. The "?" button will now only
show the help guide. Previously, if the software was not
registered, it would show the registration window when
clicked. The registration window will always appear if the
software is not registered, unless the software is in trial
mode. During the trial you can answer "Yes" when asked if

All reading is now done at the device driver level,
including reading of IFO files. This works around the
problem of Windows caching the previous DVD since no calls
are made to the Window I/O functions anymore. Minor fix:

Fixed a bug which caused errors when doing an "exact copy"
of a DVD that also includes files only playable on a
computer. Fixed a bug which showed the wrong error message:
"Access layer is either not present or outdated..." instead
of "...This DVD is encrypted..." when trying to make an
exact copy of an encrypted disc without a decrypter active.

Improved "exact copy" which now deals with the Windows XP
caching problems. Low level reading bypasses Windows I/O
calls and will always see the real content of the DVD, not
what Windows had cached from the previous disc. Improved
burning with the new CopyToDVD version 3.0.51 engine. Also
included a new embedded burning engine (alternate) for those
who have problems with CopyToDVD. The alternate engine is
engaged by a registry key setting. For those that know what
they are doing, you can get the reg keys to change the
default burn engine:
Fixed "Kernal32.dll" exception error which occurred on Win98
and WinMe. This was caused by an incompatible "Patin
Couffin" DVD device driver released by VSO in their latest
burning engine update and CopyToDVD SE (version 3.0.49). All
new versions of 1Click DVD Copy (including 18.104.22.168) will be
compatible with the new device driver, while previous
versions of 1Click DVD Copy (running on Win98 and WinMe) are
not compatible with the new driver, so users must update
their 1Click DVD Copy if they wish to use the new CopyToDVD
(version 3.0.49 and beyond).
